Cancellation & Refund

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We value your time and strive to provide high-quality, personalized care. To ensure access and fairness for all clients, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) will be charged the full cost of the session.

  • No-show appointments (missed without notice) will be charged the full appointment fee and may result in limited future scheduling or discharge from the practice after repeated occurrences.


Rescheduling Policy

  • You may reschedule an appointment at no charge if the request is made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be treated as late cancellations and charged accordingly.


Membership & Recurring Billing Policy

Empower You offers optional membership plans that include ongoing services and premium access.

  • Memberships are billed automatically on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, or annually) based on the selected plan.

  • Billing frequency and pricing are disclosed at signup. Explicit consent is required before any recurring charges are initiated.

  • Memberships auto-renew unless canceled at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • You may cancel your membership anytime through the client portal or by emailing info@empoweryouhealth.org.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once billed. Future charges can be prevented by timely cancellation.


Refund Policy

Empower You Mental Health & Wellness provides elective, professional health and wellness services. As such:

  • No refunds will be provided for completed services.

  • Deposits and pre-paid packages are non-refundable once scheduled or initiated.

  • Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. Refunds for unused portions may be considered case-by-case and are subject to administrative processing.

  • Supplements, lab kits, and digital products (e.g., downloadable guides, PDFs, or videos) are non-refundable once accessed, opened, or delivered.


Emergency Consideration

We understand that unexpected emergencies or medical issues may arise. One-time exceptions to this policy may be granted at the discretion of the provider.


Klarna & Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

If you choose to use Klarna or another BNPL service, your financial agreement is with the third-party provider. Empower You does not manage BNPL terms or issue refunds through these platforms. Please contact your financing provider directly for support.

Policy Agreement

By scheduling an appointment or enrolling in a membership with Empower You Mental Health & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

This policy may be updated at any time, and the most current version will be available on our website upon request.
